Artemus is writing a series of new age songs, both vocal/instrumental and electronic that take you into the new millennium. They focus on and complement the beauty of nature and its creatures. With The Celestial Railroad we are taken on a vast journey into the heavens revealing something of our place in the firmament suggesting how small and fragile is our world. To Artemus the magnificent steam locomotive is one of the most beautiful and imaginative machines of our technological age. It suggests the beauty and peril of our technology. The steam locomotive is greatly responsible for the present state of our conquest of land and space.

Artemus will bring us close to home in his upcoming releases devoted to our own biosphere, its precious creatures and their delicate environment. It is his dream that humanity through its technology and wisdom will appreciate and care for Mother Gaia in the new millennium. This includes pushing into space for the sake of ourselves and our biosphere. Only by becoming part of the cosmos can we protect ourselves from it and benefit thereby.
